Since we booked a private tour, he worked around our schedule and made sure we can enjoy all of the activities without feeling rushed. The van was super comfortable, Austin provided us with water, the drives weren't too long, and the activities were really great! We learned a lot from Austin about the temples and about Lanna history and culture, got some amazing pictures in the orchids and butterflies farms, and had the best time climbing the sticky waterfall. The staff directed the que to push back into a single line. In the dark and wet my partner was pushed back into the Iconsiam water feature, where her evening dress and leather bag and contents was soaked. She was injured on the knee and hip, oblivious to the staff. We quickly had to buy a new outfit. We were not happy!!!”
