When the dough is resting, Mariolina had made some wonderful things to eat and also a glass of prosecco we enjoyed each others company. Than it was time to make the tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini. Mariolina is a great teacher! After that is all done we also eat the pasta with some local wine.
