Review of Florence’s Pitti Palace, Boboli and Bardini Gardens ticket, with audio guide advice, value tips, access details, and honest drawbacks.
“The Pitti Palace and its paintings and art treasures are very worth a visit. Visiting the Boboli Garden, on the other hand, is a waste of time and money in my opinion. Path surfaces partly washed out and partly filled with brick debris, no manicured lawns and virtually no beds and flowers. Simply shrubs and greenery without a garden structure, as you would imagine with a castle garden or similar.Auto-translated”

“Both viator and this operator were unresponsive to several communications from me. Zero response from operator with two inquiries from me. Viator said they would contact operator and get back to me. Zero follow up from viator with 3 communications from me to viator. Booked outing and immediately realized it was too far to travel. Neither would respond to refund request literally asked minutes after booking. Really poor customer service by both. I booked with viator rewards would have been easy for viator to refund rewards but both operator and viator unresponsive. I have used viator religiously so I am very disheartened with the lack of communication and follow up…”
